FAQs

What are our signs made from?

Most of our signs are made from tough, 5mm thick, rigid plastic panel. It is lightweight and durable. The graphics are bonded directly to the surface of the board so they can’t peel off and the UV curing process means colours stay bright and vivid for years. For freestanding signs, we usually use a rigid, aluminium laminate material for extra durability.

Can I get a sample?

If you require a sample of the materials we use, please just ask.

How long is delivery?

We make all our signs to order. Normally, delivery takes 14 working days. If you need something urgently we can often oblige. So tell us when you need it and we will do everything we can to get your signs to you when you need them.

Are the signs waterproof?

Yes - our plastic panels are fully waterproof.

How do I put the signs up?

The graphic panels come pre-drilled and are ready to put up using screws, washers and rawlplugs. We recommend signs are fixed to a smooth sound wall. The fixings we supply include dome-headed stainless steel screws that avoid damaging the panels.

What if I want my sign personalising?

That’s no problem. Just tell us what you’d like and we will create a proof which we can email to you before the signs go into production. We're happy to include your logo or crest on the design.

Are fixings included?

No, but if you need fixings these can be purchased online in different pack sizes. Fence fixings are aslo available (please check your fence type for suitability).

Do you do post mounted signs?

Some of our signs can be mounted onto posts. These are generally made from a rigid, aluminium laminate material and supplied with rails on the back, and clamps.

Can I put a sign on a fence?

We generally recommend signs are installed on a smooth, sound wall but signs can be put onto a fence so long as they are well supported and not able to move around in the wind, or be damaged by exposure to harsh weather.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices shown on the website do not include VAT. However, VAT/taxes may be charged by the delivery agent prior to delivery, at the rate set by the Revenue Office in your country. Customs duties may also be payable.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can then be made by bank transfer or card. Unfortunately we can no longer accept payment by cheque.
